That’s almost as much as PSV’s transfer record and Dutch outlet De Telegraaf is reporting that. Liverpool’s stubborn attitude means the Dutch club will no longer wait for the defender.

Liverpool have yet to make a final decision on Van den Berg’s future and, with a long list of interested clubs. They are under no pressure to accept a lower fee for the 22-year-old.
